All In Hoops Chattanooga
All in Hoops is a Chattanooga based organization founded by Josh Templeton that specializes in player development for players of all ages. We focus on the principles of teaching the fundamentals of basketball and advanced skill sets to help players take their game to the next level. In addition, A.I. Hoops uses basketball to teach character and habits that will help players become successful on and off the court. Billy Graham stated, “A Coach will impact more young people in a year than the average person does in a lifetime.” This is a responsibility that we take very seriously.

What We Do
- Individual Training Sessions- The first session will be an assessment training session where we will meet with the athlete to determine the best plan of attack based on his or her individual needs. I believe in developing the whole player, but if requested, we can focus on specific skills i.e. shooting, ball handling.
- Group Training Sessions- Small group sessions consist of 2-8 players. These sessions are similar to individual sessions, but are enhanced by the incorporation of competition and leadership skills training.
- Youth Development Program- Ages- 2nd grade through 8th Players will train twice a week for 75 minute sessions. Each session will be focused on the fundamentals and building skill mastery from the ground up. Our program will strive to instill a growth mindset into each young athlete so they view mistakes as opportunities to learn and get better every day. All sessions will end with at least 20 minutes of competitive games which will allow the players to incorporate the skills they worked on that day in live action.
- Team Training- Team training differs from program to program based on what the coach wants for his team.
- Mentorship- Our mentorship program is focused on developing the intangibles as well as training skills that will give each player the knowledge, ability, and direction necessary to maximize their potential on and off the basketball court.

Over the past 15 years I have trained players ranging from elementary students to professional basketball players. About our Youth Development Program
If your child has the desire to learn to play basketball, has an upcoming tryout in the fall, or simply wants to get better at the game, All In Hoops is for you. Our model builds players from the ground up by instilling a love for the game with our progressive fundamentals and skills training method that is applied in competition. You will be shocked at how much your child will improve in only one month!
From the youngest player to the most experienced player we will:
- Nurture a pure love for the game of basketball
- Teach and reinforce the fundamentals and skills necessary to become a good basketball player
- Instill habits at a young age that will make them stand out to their coaches
- Develop their basketball I.Q. so they can excel in their team environment and acquire the ability to elevate their entire team
- Introduce the intangibles that will make them great teammates and help them become the best version of themselves on and off the court
- Develop their court vision so they learn how to make reads and REALLY PLAY the game
Our Youth Development Program will be divided into 3 levels according to age and skill level.
1. Introductory
- Focused on the fun of the game
- Habit training
- Fundamentals and skills training- footwork and jump stops, ball handling, passing and receiving, correct shooting form, and basic offensive and defensive principles
- Growth mindset training- providing a safe environment centered around the celebration of effort so they view mistakes not as failures, but as learning and getting better
- Respect and response training
- Applying fundamentals and skills in controlled competition
2. Foundational
- Habit training and reinforcement
- Fundamentals and skills training- more advanced than the Introductory level
- Intro to vision training and more advanced offensive and defensive concepts
- Respect and response training
- Building confidence through repetition
- Applying training in controlled competition
3. Total Player Development
- Habit training and reinforcement
- Fundamentals and skills training- more advanced than the Foundational level
- Developing the ability to self-assess and self-correct
- Advanced vision training and pressure situation simulation
- Respect and response training
- Building confidence through demonstrated ability
- Training through competition
